We offer secure API solutions for businesses and third-party integrations.
All services are subject to availability and technical feasibility.
- Payment and Transaction Policies
Transactions must be carried out using authorized payment methods.
Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Users must verify details before confirming any transaction.
Arun Bala Technologies Pvt Ltd is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect details.
In case of a failed transaction, the user should report it within 7 days.
Processing times vary depending on service providers and banking institutions.
Payments should not be made using unauthorized third-party applications.
Chargebacks initiated by users without valid reasons may lead to account suspension.
Arun Bala Technologies Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by banking partners.

- Money Transfer Services
Users can transfer money to any bank account in India.
IMPS, NEFT, and UPI are available for fund transfers.
Transactions are subject to daily and monthly limits.
Bank account details entered by users should be accurate to avoid errors.
Arun Bala Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for fund transfers made to incorrect accounts.
- AePS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System)
AEPS services allow users to withdraw money using Aadhaar authentication.
Users must provide biometric authentication to complete transactions.
AEPS transactions are subject to RBI regulations.
A transaction fee may apply for each AEPS withdrawal.
Users must ensure their Aadhaar is linked to their bank account before transacting.
- Recharge and Bill Payment Services
Users can recharge prepaid/postpaid mobile numbers and DTH services.
BBPS services enable utility bill payments such as electricity, water, gas, and insurance premiums.
FASTag recharges are processed instantly, subject to service provider availability.
Users must ensure the correct details are entered before making payments.
Transaction history is available in the user dashboard for reference.
- Insurance Premium Payments
Users can pay LIC and other insurance premiums through our platform.
Insurance payments must be completed before the due date to avoid lapses.
Arun Bala Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for delays in premium processing by insurers.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only applicable for failed transactions where money was deducted but the service was not provided.
Refund requests should be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after verification.
No refunds will be issued for successful transactions.
Cancellations are subject to service provider policies.

Our maximum liability is limited to the transaction amount in dispute.
